1990 — Process Equipment, Inc. Founded
Process Equipment, Inc. is founded in Fort Mill, South Carolina, serving as an industrial equipment distributor and manufacturers’ representative.
January 1990
2009 — E.W. Process Formed
Process Equipment, Inc. acquires Emory Wilson Industrials to form E.W. Process, expanding capabilities and strengthening its position in fluid handling solutions.
January 1990
2010 — E.W.P. Group Gives
E.W.P. Group Gives is launched, committing 3% of gross profits annually to charitable initiatives and community impact.
January 1990
2011 —ESOP Transition
The company transitions to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), reinforcing a culture of ownership, accountability, and long-term thinking.

2018 — MacGuire & Crawford Joins Organization
Established in 1955 in Matthews, North Carolina, MacGuire & Crawford joins the organization, marking the formation of E.W.P. Group and expanding capabilities in instrumentation and controls.

2020 — Lord & Company Joins Organization
Established in 1982 in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Lord & Company joins the organization, adding industrial automation capabilities and strengthening E.W.P. Group’s integrated solutions platform.
February 1990
2021 — E.W. Process ESOP Recognition
E.W. Process is named Carolinas ESOP Company of the Year, recognizing excellence in employee ownership and organizational performance.
February 1990
2023 — R.A. Moore Joins Organization
Established in 1983 in the Carolinas, R.A. Moore joins E.W.P. Group, adding system integration capabilities and completing a fully integrated, end-to-end solutions platform.

2025 — New Headquarters
E.W.P. Group opens its 64,000-square-foot headquarters in Fort Mill, South Carolina, bringing all legacy brands under one roof for the first time and creating a new level of collaboration and synergy.
